Our referral process
Making a referral to Redcliffe Dental Practice is easy. All you have to do is complete our referral form, and send it to us by email, or print it out and send it by fax or post. We welcome any relevant radiographs.
If you prefer the more traditional method of having printed literature available, plus a patient's guide to being referred and a supply of referral forms, please call us on 0151 336 3012 or email info@redcliffedental.com and we will be happy to post them to you.
