At Redcliffe Dental Practice, our goal is to provide the best level of care and quickly return your patient to you for you to continue with your patient-dentist relationship intact.

Our aims are to:
• Contact your patient immediately after receiving your referral letter.
• See your patient within two weeks of receiving your letter.
• See emergency root canal cases as early as possible.
• Send you a comprehensive, detailed letter explaining our findings and our proposed treatment plan.
• Work in conjunction with your own hygienists, where appropriate, during the initial and maintenance phases of periodontal and prosthodontic treatments.
• Discuss any questions, concerns or cases with you by telephone, e-mail or in person.
• Provide your patients with an emergency number for any post-operative advice or care that may be required.
• Refer your patients back to your care immediately after the completion of treatment.
