Are you taking on new patients?
Yes – we are always happy to see new patients. Many of our new patients are referred to us by our existing ones – if you have been referred by one of our patients please do let us know so we can thank them.

What should I do in an emergency?
We ensure that all patients with genuine dental emergencies are seen within 24 hours of contacting us. If possible, it is best to call us before 10.00am so we can see you on the same day. Registered patients also benefit from a weekend emergency service.

Can I park at the practice?
Parking is available in the library car park opposite the practice and along Parkgate Road.

Do you have facilities for disabled people?
We have a ground floor surgery and can provide access and parking for people with disabilities. If you have any special requirements, please call in advance to ensure we are able to meet them.
