Here at Redcliffe you will never feel rushed during your appointments. We spend as much time as required listening to your fears, needs and desires and give you explanations and solutions designed to meet your needs. All options are explained and demonstrated to you. We ensure you understand all your options before making a choice that suits you. All treatment is provided in a relaxed and unhurried manner, for example a one hour appointment for new patient assessments and minimum treatment time is 30 minutes.

We strive to create a positive experience for our patients and regularly go the extra mile.  On arrival, you will be offered a choice of drinks and you will be able to sit back, relax and browse through our selection of up-to-date magazines.  In the treatment room, you’ll be able to lie on our soft Tempura cushions.  Those patients who have undergone particularly long or complex treatments are always telephoned later, just to make sure that they are recovering well.  We will go out of our way to look after you.

Our huge range of general, preventive and cosmetic dental treatments help you to have a healthy, confident smile.  We listen to your needs and desires and tailor your treatment to your budget, giving you a written costing before any treatment starts and payment is spread out over the course of your treatment.

Redcliffe Dental Practice is easily accessible from Chester, Liverpool, Bromborough and the areas surrounding these towns and cities.  We are located in the centre of Neston, just minutes from the railway station and with parking easily available.  Neston is easy to get to, and is less than 10 miles from both the M56 and the M53.

Any dentist can work in a particular area of dentistry, but only those registered on the General Dental Council’s specialist lists can legitimately call themselves specialists.  To be registered as a specialist, dentists have to meet certain minimum standards of training.  Which means that if you are being treated by a registered specialist, you are being treated by someone who has proven their advanced knowledge and experience in their specialist field.

We offer training in a number of dental specialisms for dentists on the Wirral and beyond.  As a patient, this again means you can be assured that you are being treated by some of the best dental professionals, dental professionals who have skills and knowledge which are actively sought by other dentists.

We regularly invest in new equipment so we can continue to offer the latest and most effective treatment to our patients.  Examples include: CEREC, a fantastic piece of technology which enables us to provide some tooth restorations immediately rather than having to wait for a dental laboratory to produce them. Digital x-rays, these give you the benefit of a reduced radiation dosage and ensure no waiting around for the results.  Our operating microscope, this allows us to more clearly see the anatomy of the inside of the tooth and locate very narrow canals etc.  Our intra oral camera, this gives us a close up view of what is happening in your mouth.  This enables us to spot potential problems early and help you make informed decisions about treatment options.

All dental practices have to take certain cross-infection prevention measures to ensure the health and safety of their patients and staff.  At Redcliffe, we place such a high importance on your safety that we go far beyond the recommended measures.

We offer our patients the very best in dental care and with the latest modern techniques we are able to prevent any discomfort, to provide a comfortable experience.  We ensure your visits are pleasant, relaxing and pain free. Our revolutionary new computer controlled injection system, the WAND (some patients call it the magic wand!), has proved popular with our patients. It is faster and more effective than traditional injections, and is very precise, which reduces the amount of numbness to your face and lips. For stain removal and treatment of very early decay we use air abrasion. This system uses a fine spray of air, water and special powder, and is pain free, accurate and highly effective.

As a result of our dedication to offer the best in dentistry we have gained awards for our outstanding patient care.  We have Denplan Excel (we were the first in country to be fast tracked).  We have also been accredited with the BDA Good Practice award. In addition we won two Private Dentistry awards and have gained Investors in People as well!

Dentists and specialists are available at evenings and Saturday mornings and a hygienist is available on Saturday mornings.  Appointment outside normal working hours can be made by arrangement.  As our clinicians are experienced and use state-of-the-art technology treatment times are reduced and the number of visits required are kept to a minimum.

Sometimes urgent problems arise and we reserve time everyday to see patients who need emergency care. Outside of normal surgery hours we are pleased to provide an emergency service overnight and also during weekends and holidays. We have a private parking space that patients can use. Simply come in and tell us that you would like to make use of this and we will give you a card to display in your car window.
