Kunal, a graduate from King’s College London in 2009, stood out among his peers by achieving exceptional results and winning several prizes during his studies.
Shortly after qualifying, Kunal made the decision to specialize in implant dentistry. He actively sought out opportunities that allowed him to develop the multi-disciplinary skills required to become an implant dentist. He began his career as a house officer at Guy’s Hospital, working in the Oral Surgery and Prosthodontics department. Building upon his surgical skills, he continued as a Speciality Dentist in Oral Surgery at the same hospital.
Additionally, Kunal gained valuable experience by working in multiple dental practices in London, focusing on providing implant and surgical dental treatments.
Since 2013, Kunal has been practicing in a private dental clinic in Liverpool, where he exclusively concentrates on implant dentistry. To continually expand his expertise, he dedicates a significant amount of his time attending courses and conferences both in the UK and abroad. This ensures that he stays at the forefront of the field and can offer his patients a high level of skill and knowledge. Kunal is also passionate about education and takes part in running a study club in Liverpool. Through lectures and mentoring, he assists colleagues in advancing their skills and knowledge in implant dentistry.
Recognising that dental treatments can often induce anxiety, Kunal is well aware that implant surgery can be particularly daunting for patients. However, his calm and reassuring manner, combined with thorough information and preparation, helps even the most phobic patients feel at ease and comfortable throughout their treatment.
